Yoga therapy helps clients strengthen their mental, emotional, and physical health. It’s also an important method for helping clients develop self-awareness beyond their physical being. Additionally, yoga therapy allows for observation and promotes a positive body image and self-esteem.
How It Helps
Yoga therapy provides our clients with a safe space to develop new tools and coping strategies including breathing and meditation exercises that can help calm their anxiety and clear their minds. It also helps our clients reconnect and rebuild a healthy and positive relationship with their bodies, while at the same time helping them build both mental and physical strength. At Aster Springs, yoga therapy allows our clients to look past limitations and provides a safe, non-competitive space for them to breathe deeply and be present.
